A law firm seeks a mid-level associate with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience to join the Structured Credit CLO team in New York. This role offers the opportunity to be a key member of deal teams within a leading structured finance practice, engaging extensively with clients and handling sophisticated finance transactions.

Duties

• Participate actively in deal teams for structured finance transactions.
• Engage with clients, including international investment banks and asset managers.
• Handle collateralized loan obligations and other securitization transactions.
• Manage asset-based lending transactions, both bilateral and syndicated.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in structured finance.
• Experience with collateralized loan obligations is essential.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction of employment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the United States.
