Must also be skilled in the following areas: file handling and file management, legal research, drafting opinions, legal memoranda, and compliance advice in a clear and concise manner, conducting depositions and inspections, appearing in court and arguing motions, and assisting in mediation and trial. This partnership-track position offers opportunities for managing files from start to finish, client development opportunities, lateral placement and potential for growth and advancement.
