Duties:

• Assist in handling litigation matters related to insurance coverage, real estate disputes, and general liability

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and depositions

• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to demands

• Maintain communication with clients, experts, and co-counsel

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant litigation experience

• Strong desire to grow professionally and expand legal skills

• Willingness to take initiative and manage caseloads under supervision

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey (required)

Skills:

• Excellent legal writing and research skills

• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities

• Detail-oriented with effective time management

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a litigation setting
