Responsibilities: Work alongside Litigation and Regulatory teams to conduct fact-finding investigations to gather information, documents and data in response to discovery and regulatory agency requests. Coordinate with external legal counsel on specific assignments, review preliminary advice and provide internal recommendations. Assist counsel in case management including managing data preservation, collection, review and production procedures. Work collaboratively with the Litigation and Regulatory teams, as well as other groups at Google, to ensure our internal systems work well with our discovery procedures. Work collaboratively with Discovery team members to supervise document retrieval and document production, coordinating with internal and external legal counsel.
