Location:

• Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel in estate planning, elder law, special needs trusts, and Medicaid eligibility

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents

• Assist clients with post-death administration, including probate and trust settlement

• Conduct client consultations and maintain strong, responsive communication

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and execution

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting elder and estate law

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience preferred (all experience levels considered)

• Demonstrated interest or experience in estate planning, elder law, and Medicaid planning

• Ability to manage client relationships and handle matters with discretion and empathy

• Desire to work in a close-knit, community-focused legal practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to become licensed)

Skills:
