Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in New York.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on federal civil practice experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in creditors' rights or financial services litigation is a plus.
