Duties

• Maintain compliance with all federal, local, and judge-specific rules.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistency and high-quality client representation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in creditors' rights or financial services litigation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
