The candidate will support the Litigation practice group in the areas of commercial and construction, employment, product liability, personal injury, insurance defense and coverage analysis. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include: Review and summarize documents; identify pertinent issues and prepare for deposition, hearing or trial. Prepare pleadings, discovery responses and objections, discovery and pre-trial motions and deposition/page and line summaries. Request, obtain and summarize key medical and billing records. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required include: Ability to interview witnesses and experts succinctly on issues and facts pertinent to the claim; Ability to synthesize information; Minimum 5 years' experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation as a case managing paralegal as opposed to project or task oriented paralegal; Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree required.
