Duties

- Prepare case updates and handle client communications as requested.
- Collaborate with paralegals to ensure efficient case management.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice in Delaware; bar admission in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland is a plus.
- 5-10 years of litigation experience; some toxic tort experience preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional work ethic.
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseload proactively from start to finish.
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to client development.
Education
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
