Duties

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Renewable Energy group.
• Engage in project development and transactional practice areas.
• Negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements.
• Advise on tax credit matters, including ITCs and PTCs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in energy transactions or related fields.
• Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Licensed to practice in or eligible for admission in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission without examination.

Skills

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, financing, real estate, and project development.
• Familiarity with tax credit matters is a plus.
