Duties

• Handle a range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, E-1, E-2, E-3, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, H-3, and TN petitions.
• Prepare and manage filings such as I-140s, I-485 applications, reentry permits, and naturalization applications.
• Draft and respond to RFEs, NOIDs, audits, and appeals.
• Analyze case facts to identify legal issues and develop strategies.
• Translate complex immigration laws into practical guidance.
• Advise clients on I-9 and LCA compliance matters.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in employment-based immigration preferred.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Effective time, project, and organizational management skills.
• Commitment to exceptional client service.
• Admission to practice law in any U.S. state or jurisdiction required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
