Duties

• Conduct legal research and writing for motion practice and appellate briefing.
• Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trials.
• Manage a diverse caseload efficiently to meet client demands.
• Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Oregon State Bar in good standing.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience or equivalent judicial clerkship experience.
• Strong work ethic and time management skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy, research, writing, and analytical abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Oregon State Bar License.
