The candidates should have 4-8 years of bankruptcy experience in a law firm to work out of our NY, NJ, CT, or TX offices. Must possess experience including substantive court appearances, representing creditors' committees, indenture trustees, bondholders, landlords, suppliers, and trade creditors in out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy reorganizations, liquidations, and related litigation; strong analytical abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and the ability to work well on a team are required. State Bar is required, dependent on desired office location.
