Duties:

• Manage a full docket of commercial litigation matters independently

• Handle all aspects of case development, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial

• Represent clients in both state and federal courts

• Strategize and execute legal actions in alignment with client goals

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

• Collaborate with internal legal teams when needed to advance case progress

Requirements:

• Admission to the Texas State Bar in good standing

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation through trial

• Proficiency with procedural rules in both state and federal court systems

• Strong understanding of business and contract law principles

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Texas Bar license
