The candidate will manage the legal aspects of the business end to end including commercial, fundraising, employment, insurance and all other relevant areas. Contribute to our business strategy by analyzing potential risks and making recommendations to the Executive team that support the company’s vision. Develop and establish contract management process: advise, draft, revise, and evaluate contracts and legal agreements with customers, vendors, and partners. Partner with the People team to build out and strengthen policies and procedures, oversee compliance, conduct relevant audits and consult on employment issues. Facilitate resolution of business/legal issues to optimize both business needs and customer experience while safeguarding the company and ensuring compliance.
