Duties

• Lead and manage sophisticated IP litigation cases in federal court and administrative tribunals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and expand the practice.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys across various practice areas.
• Engage in business development and marketing activities to grow the client base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IP litigation, with a focus on patent litigation.
• Experience in trademark litigation is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage all phases of IP litigation, including trial preparation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Portable book of business is preferred, but not required for candidates with growth potential.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.
