Conflicts New File Assistant
The candidate will use established guidelines, run conflict searches on potential new clients, matters and potential new hires timely and accurately and transmit them to the appropriate attorney. Add and link related parties from conflict searches into the Firm’s Conflicts Database. Issue new client and/or matter numbers upon proper approvals. Ensure accuracy of client data and rate/billing information into billing system. Track the status of engagement letters. Assist with inquiries of internal client/matter information. Uphold Firm policies and procedures. Maintain a professional, customer service attitude with peers and management. High school diploma is required and preferred to have experience in the legal industry.
