The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in insurance litigation and can manage litigation cases from inception to resolution. The role offers flexibility with hybrid work opportunities, while also requiring occasional in-office presence to meet the firm's case-related needs.

Duties:

• Manage overall litigation cases, including drafting motions, handling discovery, and taking depositions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering business development.
• Actively engage in marketing efforts to expand the firm's client base through direct communication and outreach.
• Handle various tasks related to insurance coverage disputes and litigation.
• Opportunity for occasional travel as part of case-related responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in insurance litigation or related practice areas.
• Active California State Bar license.
• Strong understanding of litigation case management and court proceedings.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
