Duties

• Oversee mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and closing procedures.
• Advise clients on corporate compliance and risk management strategies.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable business laws.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and firm departments.
• Work closely with leadership to shape the strategic vision for the office.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate law experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate transactions and general business matters.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and client development abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
