Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate to join its team in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will work on a variety of business and legal matters, including national class action cases, mergers and acquisitions, and pro bono work. Duties

• Manage and drive litigation cases forward.
• Conduct and supervise electronic discovery.
• Draft substantial dispositive, expert, and discovery motions.
• Argue motions and take and defend depositions.

Requirements

• 18 months to 3 years of business litigation experience.
• Member of the Georgia Bar or eligible for admission.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia or another state.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic discovery processes.
• Ability to draft and argue motions effectively.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
