• Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
• Experience with acquisition financing and debt securities offerings preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
