A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its expanding Medical Malpractice practice group in Miami, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to actively participate in case development, trial strategy, and litigation. Candidates should have 1-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice, and substantial personal trial advocacy experience. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar is required.

Duties

• Participate in case development and trial strategy.
• Engage in litigation and trial advocacy.
• Collaborate with experienced litigators in the practice group.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Experience in medical malpractice preferred.
• Substantial personal trial advocacy experience.
• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.

Certifications

• Florida Bar License.
