Duties

• Support health care-focused clients with regulatory frameworks.
• Engage in health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health matters.
• Draft sophisticated legal documents and manage complex cases.
• Mentor junior associates and collaborate with senior partners.
• Contribute to the strategic goals of the Health Care Practice Group.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience; up to 8 years considered.
• Experience with telemedicine or digital health companies preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.
• Active Bar membership in good standing.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
