Advise business teams on the various legal issues and risks, business strategies, and other issues related to technology transactions. Work on structuring, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including enterprise SaaS MSAs, SOWs, DPAs and NDAs; Counseling on privacy, data protection and compliance issues; Analyzing significant and unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and internal corporate policies; Acting as a trusted advisor to executive management, sales, marketing and support teams; Working with major telecommunication providers for the provision of billing and payment solutions; Coordinating contract management policies, document retention systems, and a range of policies and procedures for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
