• Conduct depositions, arbitrations, and present oral arguments.
• Engage in client communication and provide legal counsel throughout the case.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Represent clients in negotiations and trials to ensure justice and fair compensation.

Requirements:

• Active member of the Nevada State Bar, in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
