Profile
Seeking qualified Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience in PA workers' compensation. Will work out of our Pittsburgh office. While the ideal candidate would have workers' compensation experience, will consider the right applicant with experience in litigation.
Ideally, candidate would have experience with:
- Review and analysis of medical records
- Drafting reports, briefs, and correspondence
- Conducting legal research
- Questioning witnesses, including live testimony during hearings and depositions
- Ability to manage and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Must have excellent writing skills, ability and wililngness to travel to different hearing and deposition locations within Pennsylvania after COVID-19 restrictions end. Must be graduate of accredited law school and admitted to Pennsylvania bar.
Salary is negotiable depending upon experience. Great opportunity with a growing firm.
