Duties

Requirements

• Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Two or more years of experience as a licensed patent agent.
• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patents in AI, software, or electrical fields preferred.
• Experience in client counseling or the software and hardware industry is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
