A law firm seeks a motivated Litigation Associate to join its Labor & Employment team in Dallas, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals in a growing office, focusing on employment litigation.

Duties

• Independently manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and handle oral arguments in state and federal courts.
• Lead cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout.

Requirements

• Admittance in Texas.
• A minimum of 3+ years of employment or general liability litigation experience.
• Outstanding research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA approved Law School.

Certifications

• Admittance to the Texas Bar.
