Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of business litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in complex business litigation in state and federal courts.

Job Details:

• Conducted and managed written and document discovery in complex business litigation cases.
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Prepare witnesses for testimony.
• Appear for status conferences and argue motions in both state and federal court.
• Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations.
• Preferably, have experience with trial preparation.
• Preferably, have AmLaw 100 experience.

Requirements:

• Hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.
• Be in good standing and an active member of the California Bar.
