Duties:

• Advise clients on employment law compliance.
• Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation.
• Handle investigations into workplace disputes and complaints.
• Assist with labor negotiations and collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• 4-8 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
• Experience with employment litigation and dispute resolution.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
