Duties

• Represent creditors in state and federal court proceedings involving commercial loans.
• Handle loan workouts and commercial bankruptcy cases.
• Engage in litigation, bankruptcy, receivership, and related insolvency proceedings.
• Collaborate on litigated matters in other areas of law.

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience representing creditors.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical ability.
• Membership in the California State Bar.
• Membership in the Washington or Oregon State Bar is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
