Should have 4-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney. Should have extensive experience in all aspects of corporate transactions and the ability to lead and manage projects and negotiate deal terms. Experience with a wide range of corporate transactions, including direct experience in the 3 years with an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, and business structuring. Partial book of portable business is essential.
