A law firm seeks a litigation associate with three to five years of experience to join their New York, NY office. The ideal candidate will engage in a variety of commercial disputes, with exposure to intellectual property and employment litigation. This role offers opportunities to participate in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal, across federal and state courts and arbitration.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft briefs
• Engage in discovery processes
• Perform oral advocacy and depositions
• Participate in trial practice and appeals

Requirements

• Three to five years of litigation experience
• Interest in commercial, intellectual property, and employment litigation
• New York bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong communication skills

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
