Duties

• Draft complex legal documents related to trusts and estates.
• Conduct thorough legal research and tax analysis.
• Manage projects and interact with clients effectively.
• Prepare gift and estate tax returns.
• Advise on choice of entity, formation, and governance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in trusts and estates.
• Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong project management skills and client interaction ability.
• Admitted to practice law in Colorado or eligible to waive in.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.
• LL.M. in taxation is a plus.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Colorado.
