  • Experience writing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs independently.
  • Admitted to practice in the State of Kentucky; additional states are a bonus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced skills in legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis).
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple files.
