Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly experienced Senior Private Client Services Associate Attorney focusing on estate planning, gift taxation, and trust administration. The candidate will collaborate closely with a Partner certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and contribute to the firm's provision of services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries.

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive estate planning for individuals, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and related legal documents.
• Provide expert advice on estate and gift taxation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee estate and trust administration, managing processes efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with a Partner to develop and implement strategic solutions for clients.
• Interact with charitable organizations, foundations, banks, and trust companies on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of relevant experience in estate planning, gift taxation, and trust administration.
• International estate planning experience is a significant advantage.
• Membership or willingness to become a member of the Florida Bar.
• LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• LLM in Tax or Estate Planning (preferred).

Certifications:

• Membership in the Florida Bar.

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
