Duties:

• Manage case files and maintain meticulous attention to detail in all legal tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven track record handling cases in both federal and state courts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a high-pressure environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
