• Advisory Responsibilities:

  • Defend regulatory investigations related to privacy and security.
• Candidate Profile:
  • Ideally, have a law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach response experience.
  • Alternatively, litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity breach response work.
• Skills and Qualities:
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Awareness of data privacy and security laws.
  • Effective and persuasive writing and oral communication skills.
