Duties:

• Manage and handle a variety of litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Assist in client communication and case updates
• Support the team in managing cases from inception to resolution

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Mississippi (or eligible to become licensed)

Skills:

• Ability to think critically and solve complex legal problems
