A leading personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to handle all aspects of injury cases prior to the filing of formal complaints. This role involves evaluating claims, advising clients, overseeing support staff, and negotiating settlements. Location:

• Plantation, Florida

Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases through all stages of pre-litigation

• Evaluate the strength and potential value of incoming cases

• Supervise and direct a team of paralegals and legal staff

• Conduct medical case reviews and interpret records

• Advise clients on legal matters and case developments

• Perform legal research and provide analytical assessments

• Negotiate and authorize settlements with insurance companies and other parties

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, particularly in client relations and/or negotiations

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently

• Proven track record of successful pre-litigation case resolution

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing legal support teams

• Client-first mindset with a commitment to service and ethical representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Florida in good standing

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

• Advanced legal research and case analysis proficiency

• Effective organizational and multitasking skills
