Duties

• Manage active judgment enforcement and creditor rights litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, oppositions, and related filings.
• Conduct debtor examinations, depositions, and third-party discovery.
• Develop and execute asset investigation and recovery strategies.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and enforcement proceedings.
• Perform legal research and develop strategic litigation approaches.
• Maintain strong client communication and case management practices.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong law and motion background.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling depositions, discovery, and hearings.
• Experience with creditor rights, collections, or post-judgment enforcement preferred.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis and/or Westlaw.
• Organized, proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented.
