Duties

• Supervise and manage the legal support team, ensuring task completion and accuracy.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to paralegals.
• Oversee case preparation and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct training sessions and onboard new hires effectively.
• Optimize workflows and implement process improvements.
• Generate reports on paralegal performance and case status.
• Ensure timely case filing and maintain client satisfaction.
• Support attorneys with case preparedness and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as a U.S. Immigration Attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Good standing with the New Jersey Bar Association or local bar.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Positive, client-focused attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Education

• Law Degree (JD) from an accredited university.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.

Skills

• Clear and professional writing skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in USCIS and EOIR portals.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Fluency in Hindi/Punjabi is a plus.
