The candidate must be a person who is has a demonstrated interest in tax law and has taken coursework in the field. An LLM in Taxation is preferred. We are looking for person who is in the LLM in tax program or who is a graduate with an LLM in Taxation. Alternatively, we are open to a person who plans to pursue the LLM in taxation program. The focus of the work is tax law, and so an understanding of the tax law is critical to the job.
