Duties

• Represent fund sponsors and investors in tax matters.
• Advise on investment fund formations, primary and secondary investments, and joint ventures.
• Manage multiple ongoing legal matters concurrently.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of tax experience in fund formation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Excellent client relations skills.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of California.
