Duties

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

• Licensed in Kansas (Missouri licensure is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience preferred; all qualified applicants considered.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy, or collections experience is a bonus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Kansas; Missouri admission is advantageous.
