The Employment Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in various employment law matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and non-compete/trade secret matters.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and representation in employment law matters
• Handle wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and non-compete/trade secret matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
• Provide counsel to clients on employment-related issues
• Assist with client consultations and case management

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction
• 2-4 years of experience in employment advice and litigation
• Experience in wage and hour disputes, discrimination cases, and non-compete/trade secret matters
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Excellent academic background
