Duties:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis on complex legal issues related to government investigations, internal investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related materials.
  • Assisting in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and hearings.
  • Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters.
  • Collaborating with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client representation.
  • Managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Keeping abreast of developments in relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission by waiver.
  • 2-4 years of experience handling government investigations, internal investigations, and other white-collar and regulatory matters.
  • Superior academic credentials from a top law school.
  • Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German.
