Duties

• Represent Social Security Disability clients through all claim stages.
• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate before Administrative Law Judges.
• Manage a substantial caseload with exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to advance cases.
• Develop legal strategies and prepare evidence for compelling cases.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with at least one US state bar.
• Prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings.
• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload successfully.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license with at least one US state bar.
