A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid- to Senior-level Litigation Associate Attorney and/or Counsel with 4+ years of experience in defense litigation. The role involves handling complex litigation matters, including international actions, product liability, professional liability, construction accidents, and general liability cases. The ideal candidate should be an independent strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively as a team.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee defense litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients and provide strategic legal advice.
• Review and analyze discovery materials.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Pennsylvania State Bar (or eligible for admission on motion).
• 4+ years of experience in defense litigation, preferably handling complex cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
