Location:

• Spokane, Washington

Duties:

• Represent clients in communications and negotiations with liability insurance providers

• Review and prepare settlement demand packets for accuracy and completeness

• Determine settlement criteria and present cases to insurance providers

• Negotiate optimal settlements on behalf of clients

• Consult with senior leadership on complex or denied claims

• Coordinate with litigation attorneys when cases escalate to litigation

• Supervise and guide case managers and legal assistants

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the case lifecycle

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support client success

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in personal injury law

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and advocate for clients

• Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment

• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington (required)

• Additional licensure in Idaho and/or Utah is a plus

Skills:

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• High level of organizational and multitasking capabilities

• Solid understanding of legal systems, including insurance regulations and liability law
